    The effectiveness of punches is a serious factor in scoring which is why I don't like these kinds of questions.

                  Voted 300 and 150 under the assumption that both fighters both landed good power shots, and both were fairly consistent(IE; the guy who landed 150 didn't land an improportionate amount of his shots in 1 round).

                  10% connect percentage is freaking pathetic. 1 out of every 10 punches land. In comparison the other guy lands 5 out of every 10 of his. On a pure numbers basis IMO the person landing more will stand out. He'd have to if he landed 50% of his shots, and the other person is landing 1 punch out of 10.
