Why has David Haye changed his mind about fighting Wlad on July 2?

How can Haye and co take this guy seriously straight away when he's just accepted a fight with chisora when he could have fought Haye?
Obviously negotiations are further along since then and there is an understanding and maybe some issues have been resolved since wlad made his offer.Comment

Haye said the lone reason this fight isn't happening is because Wlad is fighting Chisora in April. But now Wlad is still fighting Chisora in April but Haye is calling his bluff.
Doesn't make sense.Comment

That's why you call his bluff isn't it. Haye apparently didn't believe Wlad would fight him in July like he offered if he takes the fight with Chisora in April. So if they don't believe he's serious about it......call his bluff.

I'd say its a lot of the reasons you listed, but I think the main one if that if he doesn't sign to fight Wlad in July, Haye will have to face Vitali if he wants a Klitschko before his retirement date in October. Wladimir will of course be signed to fight Adamek unless Haye comes to the table for the July date.
Haye, as well the world, knows his only hope is that Wlad still has a soft chin and he has to use his fast hands to put Wlad's lights out. He can't go 12 rounds the way Wladimir can. Vitali Klitschko would be a much harder fight and there's no blueprint to beat him, so he's decided it's better the change his plans to get the decidedly "easier" fightComment
