well it depends on ur definition of talent. is it something u were born with or is it something u develop. if he was born with it then yea, it should be impossible for him to be american.

but if he developed it, he did develop it in america because this is where he learned to box. and van nuys is very much a california hood. at any rate, he doesnt really claim america so im not sure it really matters. but american fans can and should appreciate him, he is an american citizen afterall.
