Pac stays active, Floyd comes back and fights one guy and tops Manny at WW? That's because Floyd fights the guys who are winning or fighting for their LEGIT titles. Pac is a joke. How do you fight more than a man who is retired and still don't top him in the division that he is not even active in? Get a clue. Pac is only fighting Top Rank fighters, so that should tell you right there what's going on. Miguel Cotto? Below is the real reason Pac wanted to fight him.
But I thought Floyd doesn't care about titles/belts? His own words. He deems them irrelevant according to his own words...

      You wish.

      Manny agreed to nothing.

He walked away from that fight because he did not get his 24-day cutoff.

Who cares what " promises " he made through the media once he knew that the fight was canned and that Mayweather was not fighting again in 2010?

I don't believe Manny's "promises", because he stated in this article that he does not pick his opponents, and we all know that's a lie.

He had his chance, and he failed to front up.

The only ww that Manny has EVER fought at 147 is..... Josh Clottey.

Mayweather fought Mitchell, Judah, Baldomir, Mosley..... I don't count Hatton or Marquez as WW.

        So, let's summarize.....

        Above 147.....
Manny fought faded no-wraps cheato at catch-weight, Floyd fought Hoya at 154 when he was champ, no comparison there.

        At 147.....
Clottey, who wouldn't fight back for some reason, and Cotto at 145..... is not as good as Mitchell, Judah, Baldomir, Mosley, Hatton, and Marquez at 147.

        So, fail.

???? Shows how much you know about boxing. A 147 title fight at a 145 catchweight and Joshua Clottey are better wins than the former Unisputed WW champion and the Lineal Champion? Manny hasn't even fought for a legit WW title. How can he trump anything Floyd did at 147?

              Yes of course it does.

NO testing at all = random, as long as both fighters are under the impression that they could be tested at anytime.

It is the possibility, that makes the test random.

Anyone with half a fkn brain can see that.

Why don't you guys smarten up and stop making ****** excuses.

That is Pullcounter's current pet-whine, which shows where he's at as well.
I think the other way around. Random test all the way to the fight to me is as simple as testing randomly until on the day of the fight. How can you say it is a random test when NO testing at all happen in that 18 day gap.

Random test all the way up to the fight is doing random test as close as possible to the day of the fight that why it is all the way up. Not that random test and just bluff the fighters that they will be test all the way to fight. Bluffing test will not caught power pellets

Marg, Mosley, Cotto, Clottey, DLH >>> Mosley, Baldomir, Hatton, DLH, Marquez, Mitchell

Pac resume at WW in 2+ years >>> Floyd resume at WW for 4+ years, not even counting the years he was "retired"

Judging by that lie, Manny is full-of-****.

He had his chance, and he failed to front up.

Sure because they all want to fight him.. It seems that only Floyd is the only guy who refuse to fight anyone at this point..
