... it's obvious that the dates were chose (ie. pre-arranged) rather than random (not pre-arranged). The fact that mosley and trollweather didn't have foreknowledge doesn't make the test "random" as per the definition of "random" as "without prior arrangement".
"So, having that post-fight with the ability to re-test it with that new test made us totally comfortable only having that blood test 18 days before the fight and not needing one more testing day in between."
translation: since the USDA gets to keep the blood samples they chose 18 days as a good cut off date.
conclusion: the 18 day cut off wasn't a random date... it was chosen. in other words pre-arranged (without the foreknowledge of wifebeater and mosley, but like I said, lack of foreknowledge isn't the same thing as lack of prior arrangement).
"And then, they were going to hope and pray that whatever fighter lost, that fighter was going to blame the blood test."
translation: the USDA chose an 18 day cut off because it was far enough from the fight that the loser of the fight couldn't blame the blood test for losing the fight.
conclusion: the 18 day cut off wasn't a random date. the USDA pre-arranged that date to avoid the loser of the fight blaming them for the lost because of the invasive testing.
therefore I re-assert that a 7 day cut off is better than an 18 day cut off.
thank you, come againThis works with people on here? I deal with FACTS not your interpretation and opinions.

But if you’re thinking that concession will lead to Mayweather vs. Pacquiao on Nov. 13, slow down. There is a big difference between what Pacquiao told Giongco he’d agree to and what Mayweather and Mosley did, said Travis Tygart, the chief executive officer of USADA.
“That totally misses the point,” Tygart said of the reaction some may have upon hearing of Pacquiao’s concession and the timing of Mayweather’s last blood test. “If you know you aren’t going to be tested within the last 14 days, you can cheat and get away with it. It is our right to test at any time, 30 days before the fight, 20 days before, the week of, the morning of – that provides the deterrent. If you block out a period of time and say we can’t test during that period, then an athlete could cheat and get away with it.”

Explains that there was no Cut off date. He had the right to test when he wanted.
Cutoff = No Right to Test After said date. (What Pac wants)
No Cutoff = Right to Test whenever they want. (What Mayweeather vs Mosley had)
^ (You can copy and paste that guys, when this dude repeats his false interpretation on this issue)

To an extent, that is true.
yeah, trollweather is gonna have an asterisk too... for ducking cotto, margarito, clottey, and pac.
Seriously questioning your credibility when you mentioned Margarito, but watched it plummet when you mentioned Clottey
Pac got owned.
Everyone wants Floyd to fight JMM's leftovers
