Cotto at a catchweight of 145 for his 147LB title that Cotto won at 147, he reluctantly wanted to defend it at a catchweight. You mean that Miguel Cotto? The same Cotto Manny fought at a catchweight of 145 after Pac previously fought Oscar at 147 and weighed 149 on fight night? Floyd fought Mosley when he was the top WW in the sport coming off of a BIG win? Can we say that about Manny Pacquiao? Pac is fighting Shane after being dominated by Floyd and a lackluster draw with Mora. Why do you think that Floyd is #1 at WW by just fighting Mosley and Pac is not after fighting Cotto and Clottey? That alone tells you, who had the better quality win at WW. This is not me making this up. You guys are really dumb.

If he can only announce his comeback, even just a shutout, then maybe things can start rolling again, and posters here can start arguing about a different set of negotiations, and not always going back to the same old crap that took place in 2009..

an 18 day cut off was chosen for wifebeater/mosley by the USDA. Tygart even said that they chose 18 days because it was far enough from the fight that the loser could blame the bloodtesting and that since they already collected enough blood 18 day was good enough and here's the kicker... because they thought there wasn't any su****ious behavior they stopped at 18 days. Margarito beat Cotto, so obviously its not that amazing an accomplishment. Torres, Clottey, Corley, even Judah all had Cotto realing, dont overrate Cotto to make your point.

Are you living in the real world? Why did pac come out AFTER the negotiations and say he was willing to do 14 days? Why didnt he agree to it when it was on the table? Pac is a joke, as are you.
