Floyd fought Mosley when he was the top WW in the sport coming off of a BIG win? Can we say that about Manny Pacquiao? Pac is fighting Shane after being dominated by Floyd and a lackluster draw with Mora. Why do you think that Floyd is #1 at WW by just fighting Mosley and Pac is not after fighting Cotto and Clottey? That alone tells you, who had the better quality win at WW. This is not me making this up. You guys are really dumb.
beating cotto is better than anyhtin floyd has done at ww...arguably better than anything floyd has done in his carreer.....and pac has only been a ww for less than 2years compared to floyd's 6 or so years......shane was dominted over and over even before floyd fought him....a 39 yar old inactive shane is floyd's biggest win at ww...lol

You are a whiney dishonest clown for referring to the only official negotiation that has taken place between Mayweather and Pacquiao as.....
" the same old crap that took place in 2009 "

And yet referring to Bob Arum's scam as "a different set of negotiations".

It is the possibility, that makes the test random.

Anyone with half a fkn brain can see that.

Why don't you guys smarten up and stop making ****** excuses.

That is Pullcounter's current pet-whine, which shows where he's at as well.
you *****s are so ****in ******...

lack of foreknowledge is not random.

just cause you don't know when something is happening doesn't mean someone hasn't chosen when something is going to happen. that's not random.

an 18 day cut off was chosen for wifebeater/mosley by the USDA. Tygart even said that they chose 18 days because it was far enough from the fight that the loser could blame the bloodtesting and that since they already collected enough blood 18 day was good enough and here's the kicker... because they thought there wasn't any su****ious behavior they stopped at 18 days. THAT'S NOT ****IN RANDOM!!!

Yeah there was a second negotiation that you refuse to acknowledge despite confirmation from Greenburg.. And now that I am askin for Floyd to come out of his shell and fight, so that things can move forward, you whine..You keep coming back to the same **** in 2009 because for *****s like you, its the only thing you have left to argue with when it comes to Floyd.

Margarito beat Cotto, so obviously its not that amazing an accomplishment. Torres, Clottey, Corley, even Judah all had Cotto realing, dont overrate Cotto to make your point.

                    *** off idiot.....

The fight fell through because pacroid would not agree to random blood testing without a 24-day cutoff.

The biggest fight in boxing is now on the table. Manny Pacquiao dominated Joshua Clottey over twelve rounds at Cowboys Stadium in March. Floyd Mayweather Jr. dominated Shane Mosley on Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. There are two issues at hand, the issue of money and the random Olympic-style drug testing. The two sides sat down earlier this year and the two fighters could not agree on the cut-off date for the random drug testing. Following the win over Mosley, Mayweather said the Pacquiao could not be made without the random drug testing being involved.
