This is a WAY bigger sham then either of those

Canelo fought at 150 a couple times and Hatton has never even seen the 154 division

Yes i'm sorry,I'm just getting excited that my favorite fighter could be
champ soon.Even tho he will be considered a paper champ.I hope Top rank
does there job and gets vane a belt,So a fight between canelo and vanes
would be big at staples center.

And if you look at the last 3 fighters who held that same belt none of them did a whole lot more than what Canelo did to get the shot at that title.

yes and i hope vanes does become a champ soon, but he will have to earn it since hes not Mexican (lol) and wont be gifted anything... I predict that after Sergio beats down Dzinziruk, Dzinziruk will finally give Vanes a crack at that belt... now that would be a real belt and a real fight and a real championship... fighting a true 154 champion that has held the belt for many years... but i hardly doubt a paper champ in Canello will give a real champ in Vanes a crack at that belt... plus the WBC belt has become so watered down and useless and worthless i dont even knwo if its worth paying all those fees to hold something that has so much stain on it... the WBC has gone from being the most prestigious belt to the most ****tiest and its all due to the anticts mr suleiman

The WBC HAS BECOME A JOKE AND THE LAUGHING STOCK OF THE INDUSTRY... tell me how Canello is ranked #1, the guy hasnt even fought anyone at the weight... everyone hes fought has been a blownup welterweight...and now he gets a shot at a belt...

At least they actually fought in that division and fought fighters from that division

Berto and Cotto getting a 147 is not the same as Alvarez getting a 154 belt against another non 154 fighter

LOL. The WBC has once again made a mockery of their Jr. Middleweight title.

Not only that but they are denying their actual #1 contender Rhodes to actual fight for the title

I thought angulo was the number 1 contender.

Originally, speculation was that Rhodes was going to be fighting Margarito for the vacant belt because Rhodes was number one contender and Margarito's a big name (I guess that was the reasoning anyways). But then Pacquiao stepped in, won it at 150 and vacated immediately. Rhodes was number one then and got done over.

However, I'm not sure if Rhodes is still number one now but he should be, he deserves a shot and is genuinally a decent guy as well.
