Usually your biggest flaws get exposed in your biggest fights~ and that is where probability is in this fight. So I can't figure how people would expect different from him~
It is well known that Vitali gets insulted when people show up fat against
him and he loves to punish them for it.

He destroyed donut-munching Kirk Johnson, who never recovered from it.

    He pounded Danny Williiams senseless.

He made Arreola cry in the ring.

And now he's going to punish Solis for being a lazy fat boy who disrespects boxing.

I almost feel sorry for Solis, he seems a bit slow, a little fat ******ed fella with his little Sponge Bob friend he carries with him.

      LMFO.

Im a Solis fan and a Vitali fan so Im not biased.
Vitali is not gettin younger, he lost some pop over the years.

I think Solis will be able to go the full 12. He has a long reach, good power and is highly skilled. He will be able to duck Vitalis punches. Maybe winning some rounds, But I think Vitali has too much XP to let him steal a lot of rounds.

I heard the same thing before Vitali fought JC Gomez.

I expect an epic beatdown a la Vitali-Briggs.

Hope they have Odlanier's hospital room reserved in advance.

Haha, I don't get the Solis hate on these forums. I really don't. One slightly positive comment on Solis' seems to really get you guys going.

Vitali-Briggs will be nothing like this. Solis is actually good at blocking punches on the glove. He's easily got the best D out of all of Vitali's recently opponents.

Many people will be surprised. If the Solis that fought Barrett shows up, it's going to be a massive fight. Why wouldn't you guys want that??

So you are basing Solis' skills on the fact that he beat a shot Barrett? What about his most recent performance against Austin? I hope you come back here after the fight and don't change your name.

I don't think Vitali has lost too much pop -- he was never a one-punch KO artist.

The only reason Briggs lasted so long was that he actually DID get in great shape for the fight, but he paid for it with a 2-week hospital stay, and he is now a broken man who may never fight again.

Briggs would have done better to just go down rather than take that extended pounding from Eisenfaust.

Judging from Solis's last actual fight, and not some silly romantic notion about Cuban heavyweights, he is in for a hellacious beating.

Vitali is already in his head -- if you see the video of the first presser where he wouldn't look Vitali in the eye, and then listen to this paranoia from Solis about Vitali spreading rumors about him, you know Solis is in BIG trouble.

I agree with most of that except for Danny Williams. Danny retired Vitali. Every time Vitali hit Danny his bones shook and started splintering into dust.

took him 4 years to recover...

                Barrett?

Monte had what, a couple of days notice when he took that fight?

                How about the Austin fight?

Look, if it is a great fight, wonderful, but I don't see that happening.

I also don't like Sponge Bob Solis because he hates boxing and says so, doesn't follow the sport, and only fights for beer and ice cream money.

Listen to him now. Vitali got in his head at the presser and now he is paranoid about Vitali spreading rumors about him.

I'm telling you, all signs point to Vitali kicking the living **** out of this clown.

The Barrett fights means squat b/c Monte took it on a few days' notice for some quick bux.

If the Solis who fought Austin fought the Barrett who showed up against Tua, I would give Barrett the edge in that fight, actually.

Solis is going to resemble his little Sponge Bob friend when Vitali is through with him.

See what I mean? One...Just one positive comment from me.

And no ones hiding over this, now or after the fight.

You guys don't get it eh? I'm not saying Solis is winning this, just saying it will competitive. If it's a first round KO, then talk **** all you like.

And to the other guy who said Solis hates boxing and doesn't take it seriously??
That makes total sense seeing as Boxing is the ONLY THING HE'S DONE SINCE HE WAS 9 YEARS OLD. They don't watch pro boxing in Cuba, so why would he suddenly become a rabid fan of american boxing now. The only fighter he's watched and commented on is Vitali. That's the champ, that's his opponent. Fine with me.

Make it a fight and I'm a fan.
