He already called out Floyd DIRECTLY for a fight in November. Maynever's response was:
We know Manny Pacquiao is willing to fight Floyd without full drug testing. And we know he's not willing to make that fight without it. And the reverse holds true for Floyd. Calling out the opponent without those terms is silly. Calling out those terms and coming to the negotiating table with a different set of terms is even worse.

True, and that just meant Floyd really didn't want the fight bad enough. And let's just leave it at that.
WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao has issued a response to Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s recent Twitter posts. For unknown reasons, Mayweather logged on to his personal Twitter account and posted several video links to fights where Pacquiao either lost or struggled. It's being assumed that Mayweather posted the material in some type of effort to bait a response from Pacquiao, or Mayweather simply did it to keep his name involved with Pacquiao's ongoing media tour to promote the May 7 title fight with Shane Mosley.

Look, I could spend my time posting a wall of text and links wherein Pacquiao himself says he conceded to any and all drug testing that Floyd requested, but in the past that wasn't enough for you because you've got it in your head that the reason Floyd is on 'vacation', 'retired', 'not thinking about boxing', or simply 'done' as Zab quoted him is because of blood testing. Pretty much nothing is going to change your way of thinking, not even direct quotes in print or film from Pacquiao himself so I'll leave it at this:
Man was told point-blank that his fan wants him to fight Pacquiao, his response was he's taking a couple of years off. Whatever the reason is for that, up to you to decide but the fact is- he has made it clear to anyone who will listen that he is taking multiple years off or is done with Boxing... so he is not planning on fighting Pac (or anyone, like Martinez who is on record he will take full OST to fight him) and he is content with that.
The sooner you and everyone else accepts the fact that Floyd does not have and never had any intention of stepping in the ring with Manny, the sooner we can talk about actual fights and leave the fantasy stuff where it belongs.
