Two reasons for those posts:
1. He's begging for attention in order to stay relevant
2. He's trying to convince people (including himself) that he's better than Pac. That's why he posted his record right after those videos. He's basically presenting his case as to why everyone should believe him.

That's it. There's no hyping **** and he's not calling out Pac. If he was, he would've done it.
