this thread is from a fan's perspective and what we'd consider entertaining. If you're so bitter about boxing why don't you just walk away from it altogether since you're obviously suffering from negative flashbacks.

I am not bitter nor am I suffering from negative flash backs. I am upfront and REAL about. Like I stated before, a fan has no idea what it's like to war in the ring. If they did they wouldn't make up ignorant threads about brining 15 round fights back purely for their enjoyment and dramatic value.

I got something here for your pure enjoyment. Why dont we just bring back the lions and the prisoners. If a guy is sentenced to death then we will all crowd into the local arena and await the bloodletting. I got $5 on the lion, any takers at 20,000-1 odds?

yes, but that's not the question. Also gloves were different back then and the attention from doctors to fighters was less. Consider that back then fighters weren't as protected as much. Medicals, treatment, etc. Not one single fighter died because of ONE fight, not one single fighter ended with Alzheimer because of ONE fight, It was the accumulation of damage and the lack of treatment

I rather have the 5min per round for 7 rounds total of 35mins instead of 3min per round for 12 rounds total of 36min. IMO people prefer 1-4 rounds of pure action pack entertainment than a dragging 10-12 round punch and holding/hit and run tactics.
