No, but he wouldn't get much stick for fighting those two, and might even earn a bit of respect which he wouldn't get from fighting Chags.

He is the mandatory its not like Haye makes the rankings.

Everyone knows that Haye is not fighting Povetkin, he is just throwing these 3 names out to get some positive feedback, Chagaev last performance was just disgusting, he has become unmotivated slow and fat, he is just in for one last payday and he has no chance since he arguably lost his last fight (people who watched that fight scored it a draw or a SD loss to friggin Travis Walker).

So it will either be Chagaev or maybe Boytsov and not Povetkin. Haye has found another excuse not to fight one of the Klitschkos, its really time for him to leave the sport or finally walk the walk and not just talk the talk.
