hes gonna make a ton of dough and live like a rockstar but I don't think he will ever be a mexican legend/elite hof type fighter.

you can't teach him speed at this point and he doesn't really do anything exceptionally well. he's tough and well schooled and has a nice arsenal, but I don't think he has enough.

we cant rely on his power ever developing. if it comes it comes
and we know he wont be getting much if any quicker

        and he's easy to hit

i'm guessing he's going to be a superstar more than an all time great fighte

You could have a point but I don't think his lack of speed will necessarily hold him back. Chavez wasn't the fastest but had a great chin and excellent timing and body punching to counter that.

I'm not saying he's Chavez but he is only 20.

If he was Eskimo you wouldn't give him any credit.

he says he wants Austin Trout in June after Trout beat his brother pretty easily

if he does, he loses. Trout is no joke and is about as skilled as it gets at 154

His progress has been steady and as long he keeps a level head he should improve. At this point he would beat JCC jr

Agreed, Trout is really good and too much under the radar at light middleweight. He beats Canelo at this point.
