I do remember 3-6 months after Shane broke Margo off, a certain Boxer calling Shane's name, and if I recall correctly, Shane flat out said he didn't want to fight, he only wanted Pac(Remember, he even asked Pac to let him come in at 142, since they where saying he was too big for Pac ).

Shane was inactive because he was chasing the Pac payday. So lets not ***** on Floyd too bad for fighting Shane, and lets not give Andre too much credit for being the reason that Shane was shelved for so long. Alot of Shane's inactivity had everything to do with HIM(Shane).

Seems like you got a bad memory.

Don't you remember Shane calling Floyd out after he beat Marg?

Shane never put in an official bid to fight Pacquiao, he did put in a bid to Mayweather.

      Guess what Mayweather did?

He chose to fight Marquez, saying Mosley was not a PPV attraction.

How many PPV did Marquez vs Mayweather do? How many PPV did Mosley Mayweather do?

So we know that PPV number were not the real reason why Floyd turned down the fight with Mosley, so what was the real reason?

Roach offered Mosley and Cotto a chance to fight Pacquiao at a catch weight of 143/144. Cotto took it and negotiated it up to 145lb, Mosley said no.

Mayweather conveniently took himself out of the Pacquiao sweepstakes by signing up to fight Marquez the day before Pacquiao vs Hatton. He only had to wait a day later and he could have fought Pacquiao instead.

But ducking Pacquiao would be a Mayweather theme for the coming months and years.

I don't think he should be condemned I just don't think he is different to any other fighter out there. You look at the majority of fighters who start cherry picking, it happens when they can makes 10s of millions a fight. When their pay check was small they'd do what Mosley is doing taking the biggest toughest challenges out there as it is essentially the only way they can recognition.

Would you praise me as a throw back warrior if I took a fight with a man who would beat the **** out of me knowing I'd have get 10 mill added to my bank balance?

Someone mentioned Mosley fighting Winky, De La Hoya and Forrest, he earned my respect for those matches but anyone in his situation would jump at the opportunity to fight Pacquiao so he gets no praise for that.

Shane just doesnt know when to shut up when speaking about other people's business. He talk all that **** before he fought Mayweather, and got in the ring and went into full on survival mode after the 4th Round! Even Hopkins said so.

Where was the warrior sprit then?
              Where was the heart then?
              Where was the fighter then?

This guy let everybody down with that performance against Mayweather and then followed it up with another ****ty performance against Mora.

Mayweather BEAT the fight out of Shane
Pacquiao will BEAT the **** out of Shane.

              Heart doesnt Replace Skill.
              Gatti had Heart
              Hatton had Heart
              Cotto had Heart

All got they ass beat when they face superior skilled opponents.

Mosley also had a 5 month training camp and was over trained. Clottey fight, Mosley pulled out of that late, then Berto, with the tragedy in Hatti then had to wait another 3 months for Mayweather.
Some people just don't want to consider this as a contributing factor to Mosley's loss. Psychological and mental preparations are as important as the physical.

Tyson (who was a heavy favorite at that time) lost to Douglas because he was not focused--mentally, he was bothered by all the accusations Givens told the media.

Pacquiao can lose to Mosley if he laxes himself by taking Mosley as an easy opponent.

Whatever dude.Any & everyone does indeed want to fight Pacman. But team Pacman chose a washed up 40 year old.The fight is garbage, but not because of Mosley.Because just like U said, everyone wants apiece of him,but Arum & team Pacman chose who he fights. So if U must talk about how much the fight sucks & Mosley doesn't deserve anything,U might as well be mad at the people who chose him.
