“So Dr. Watson was concerned that you could have fighters who — if you take blood too close to the fight — you could run the risk of something like that developing in a fighter,” said Kizer. “That could cause an effect on their performance, especially when they’ve had to do fights on late notice, for the infections diseases — Hepetitus A, Hepititis B, and HIV — and they had to give blood for that.” http://aids.ebloge.com/doctor-says-d...bout-hematoma/
That is worse case senario, Olympic boxers get tested constantly and still perform at a top level.

The risk i'm most concerned about is the day we see a fighter get killed or left permenantly damaged by a juicer for the rest of his life because the dangers of a needle to close to fight night.

Sadly though, i think it just might come to that unless testing improves.

As always a pac fan makes this same statement and proves to the world how little they care about the sport of boxing. Basically saying "who cares if he cheats, Mayweather still thinks he's gonna win an easy fight, right?" and completely miss the point of the discussion.

if he juice up during the 14 days cut off then if he get tested after the fight it'll show... someone mention that u can take it and it wont be detected until a few days after... so if manny was to juice up during the 14 days im sure it'll show when he gets tested after the fight... the lame excuses that it wont show is what *****s want to believe... if manny is truely on something he will not agree to any testing at all.. why would be agree to have his blood tested after the fight if he's dirty.... common sense guys...

I don't think PED will really cause any of that TBH...To me PED is not as harmful to a fighter as having plaster on your gloves are or as in removing cushion from the gloves. To make the impact of the punches harder.

Really I feel if all the sports will not have the WADA type testing. Then just legalized the damn thing and everybody will be on a level playing field.

Which is why I try to chose wisely who I engage with during this debate. I don't all the time though.

care to explain the "big" difference it makes getting tested before and after a fight?? if my memory serves me right 12 rounds of a boxing match doesnt last for 2-3 days.. so how can someone take PEDs and be flushed out of their system in less than a day? LOL... is there some special PEDs that only mayweather sr knows about that u can take and it'll be out of your system in less than 2hrs???
