I'm no PED expert and don't even pretend to be. That is why I rarely talk about it.

But, from what I read from PED experts like Conte and the guy who's the head of WADA(I think he's name is Tygart?) is that some can be out of your system in hours and others in 2 days. I think it depends on the PED that is being used I guess...Something like HGH I don't think is detectable at all yet even in blood test. But, maybe it is not, I'm not sure.

I don't think Pac is using. But, if he was from what I gather it is beneficial in cycles and while in training. So he can dope while in training, go hard in training. And, then cycle off around the week of the fight and by the time the blood test happens after the fight it could come out clean. And, it would be too late. But, doesn't mean he's not cheating.

Floyd talks crap when Manny is training for another fight but completely disappears when they're trying to make a fight with him.

Just more road blocks and B.S.
A simillar point can be made who is Team Pac to demand 8oz Gloves when the commision rules for a welterweight bout are 10oz gloves

I don't think it made much of a difference to Collins having found out after the fact that Resto had cheated, the damage was done just the same. For the sake of all fighter's health and wellbeing, all fighters should be tested with the most modern and advanced tests available.

I am a Mayweather fan, but even if he was sent to jail for 35 years and never fought Pacquiao, i would still think testing in boxing needs a lot of improvement.

Thats my point exactly especially how Manny is not allowing testing 14 days when he's in "Heavy Training" maybe he usually uses them in that period?

True, and I understand that and I get that.

I really get that whole attitude of "who the fuck is you, to demand this shit."

But, then the same can be said about Pacquaio, who is he to demand some of the crap he has that goes beyond the commission rules.

Really who the fuck is Pac to demand such shit? You know?

And, don't get it twisted, I like Pac. He's my favorite active fighter. But, some of he's moves are very contradictory you know? That makes me go....

            Seriously.

I was speaking in general terms, but its more than possible that he is juicing (it happens in sports all the time). And based on all that has occurred since 09, I think there is a very good chance that he is.

Not a Floyd fan,or Manny for that matter but Floyd had absolutely no reason to ask Pacman to test to begin with so in my opinion that was his excuse to weasel out of the fight.

It can be 8oz actually. For example Margarito-Cotto fought at WW in 8oz...

However, one can point out the 10mil per pound penalty...The commission already has a rule in place on how much a fighter has to pay if he comes in over and the fight goes through. But, yet Pac wanted to insist on his own penalty going over the commission rules.
