yeh it kind of erks me that Povetkin held up the mandatory for over 2 years and then when the fight looks like a go,pulls out. But at least Atlas didn't use a lame excuse and came right out and said his guy wasn't ready.

Povetkin vs Haye would be a good fight. I hope this one happens, I think Povetkin has a shot in that because unlike any of Hayes past heavyweight opponents, Povetkin can actually put pressure on Haye.

Anyone else find it hilarious that somehow Haye fans are trying to spin the WBA's updated rankings as a way to say that Haye is somehow great or something? Has he beat Povetkin yet? No. Has he fought Povetkin yet? no. Has he signed to fight Povetkin? no. Has he engaged in contract talks with Povetkin? no. Haye is slippery, not in the ring cause he cant even avoid a John Ruiz jab, but in negotiations and ver likely he will pay Povetkin to step aside, wake me up when hes in the ring with Povetkin, but most likely he winds up fighting Mormeck, then Holyfield and calling it a career.

Yet you accuse him of facing Holyfield off nothing but hate for Haye.

The Wlad fight can still be signed in April and this one cancelled.

McCloskey had a fight lined up in March until Khan came along and offered him a title fight. I'm guessing a unification bout would be a get out claus for the ink on this contract.

If Wlad Haye isn't signed after the Chisora fight then David Haye will go down in British boxing as its biggest heavyweight fake.

And Haye will make only a fraction of the cash he could if he just fight ONE K brother if this is his going away fight.
