If thats the case, I would like to see Haye take on Dimentrenko. That would be better than Aids-patient Chagaev.
Dimitrenko is much worse than Wlad's victims, Chambers beat him easy and you saw what Wlad did to Chambers, what would this prove? Besides, Ustinov is ranked higher than dimitrenko is even bigger than Dimitrenko plus he is unbeaten, which of course means Hayefaker will avoid him.

Look for Hayefaker to try to duck Chagaev, Boytsov, Povetkin, Ustinov, etc. Look for him to try to get the WBA to sanction a Mormeck rematch.

If Haye has a choice between Chagaev and Germany and Povetkin in the UK, he'll choose the shot Chagaev, who looked OLD AND SOFT in his last fight.

He'll avoid Povetkin, Arreola, Chambers and Boytsov, and of course the Klitschkos, at all costs.
Absolutely right, I think magically he'll get Chagaev approved, Chagaev has been looking shot lately and Povetkin is a huge question mark in terms of ability but Hayefaker will not want to risk it with someone like Povetkin, but I still maintain he will duck Chagaev, Boytsov, Povetkin, Ustinov, only to face Mormeck or some other has-been 10+ years older than him, even if that means getting stripped but I think the WBA will let him wriggle out of the mandatory by forcing some sort of eliminator tournament which they have already mentioned.

Haye-Povetkin can be billed as the Puss vs the Wuss. However, I now see a Haye-Chagaev fight somewhere other then in England.

Well the WBA has a strange way of doing things. Don King fighters always get ranked,(Ruiz got rank 3 times in the number one spot despite losing 2 of 4 fights and those he did beat were tomatoe cans)Valuev usaully fought in Germany.and was a very protected fighter. And noe as soon as Boothe mentioned Mormeck he gets a number 9 rating and is scheduled for a elimanation bout against of all people Rahman who has a few recently but did not beat a top guy in a couple of years and was completely dominated when he fought Wlad.

Man!, Haye aint gonna fight someone like Povetkin, do me a favour.

Haye is not in the business of facing the best unless he is getting heavily compensated with money he hasn't earned the right to fight for.

david haye has to defend that title or he will be strip at some piont. I agree he probably will choose to fight Chagaev then Povetkin. haye did lose to solis as a amature that would have been another good fight to see. I would also like to see Boytsov, get in there see what he got but his hand my be an excuse. cuz it seems haye will not be fighting any klicho's

The WBA has appointed Povetkin to the number two position in their latest rankings. The sanctioning organization has ordered Haye to face the mandatory, Ruslan Chagaev, who is seated at number one in the rankings. Chagaev's Hepatitis B status may prevent a possible fight with Haye. The British Board is reviewing Chagaev's medical records. The involved parties expect a decision this week. If Chagaev is not approved to fight in the UK, then the WBA will order the next available contender in the rankings and that would point directly to Povetkin.

Two Klitschko duckers facing each other, look for Hayefaker to pull out with a back problem two weeks before and Povetkin's trainer to come out that "Povetkin is not ready even though he has been sitting on this mandatory spot for 2.5 years".
