    Berto vs Ortiz, who wins?

    And why?

I say Ortiz wins it, I feel Ortiz is better than Collazo(skill-wise) and Berto looks like every other Orthodox fighter against Southpaws, he isn't too comfortable with them. If Ortiz isn't mentally broken from that Maidana stunt he pulled when he was faced with adversity, I say he wins an exciting SD or UD, I don't see a stoppage or KO from either guy. Should Ortiz get by Berto, I say he faces Maidana to avenge that loss and then we can get a good showdown between Ortiz and Khan later down the road.

If the fight is at 147 I like Berto. If it's 145 or under then it could be different.

Well they both have WW physiques...Ortiz is a huge Jr Welterweight, hell he comes in over the WW limit on fight night.

I don't think much about Berto honestly, and even though Ortiz is one of my favorite boxers I haven't seen him take his skills and talent to the next level but here's hoping that this is the fight.

        Ortiz by TKO

I got Berto by UD or late TKO. Believe it or not I think Berto has improved since his fights with Rivera and Collazo.

Hes far more defensive. He very aware of his less than granite chin.

Ortiz is a sucker for that right hand. Berto will land it all night.

          I'll be pulling for Ortiz.

I'll go with Berto. But I really don't like either fighters and I'm hoping for a double KO. My life will be even more perfect if both get into a coma for the rest of their lives.

Fair enough, but then again he hasn't proved much, unless you count that tomato can Hernandez one punch KO win....

                    Very true.

It could end up being another stinker like the Urango fight.

Potshot and run, wash and repeat.

                    That would piss me off.

                    Hopefully Ortiz can catch him.
