this is a business decision, he said all along he was going to fight in the uk next, khan needs to build his fan base more in the uk and this is a perfect domestic showdown fight for it

This is an interesting fight, mcloskey is decent and hasn't learnt how to lose which is always dangerous. Khan will win this handily and get absolutely no credit for it...but on the bright side it will do well financially

I think he would beat breidis prescott, and is better than prescott in general. A fight which a lot of people on here were calling for. From a financial point of view it makes sense for an all-british fight but to be honest khan could make a lot of fighters look like bums. He would have probably made peterson look like a bum...the offer was fair peterson should have taken it, then we would have a better fight. My personal preference would have been michaal katsiids, after peterson.

The problem for MCcloskey is that he has no defence and with Khan having the incredible hand speed Paul will get lit up.

We're mad at Amir for messing around in negotiations with numerous supposed opponents and to only finally come to an agreement with a virtual nobody. Prescott and Peterson are far more relevant of a fight, than 31 year old European champion who hasn't yet fought anybody of significance in the entirety of his career.
