How did he choose Chisora instead? The Chisora fight is in April, the date Haye refused. The date for Haye is still open all he has to do is sign. What the hell is it to Haye who Wlad fights before him, as long as he shows up in July ready to fight. Seriously, do you have some sort of psychological disorder we should know about? Sky ppv bring in the big numbers to the fight, they will bring in well over 50% of the revenue. WITHOUT SKY THIS IS JUST A NORMAL PAY DAY FOR BOTH GUYS!!!

I am not debating his talent or potential, but neither of those mean **** if you don't step up. It's time for Haye to make the concessions, because his rep was badly damaged by the Audley fight.

It's Hayes call. He can do what he has to do to make the fight and get the respect or he can retire.

In the meantime Wlad and Vitali are about to clean out the division of the two other most talented fighters (Solis and Adamek). There's no one else credible for Haye to fight. I think Holyfield deserves a shot, but I think Haye wont take the risk.

Wlad said he would fight him any time anywhere. Yet then backed out of the deal to face Chisora. Never mind the tune up BS he said anytime anywhere, but only offered two dates for the fight.Secondly he demanded it to be in Germany which isn't exactly anywhere you want but where Wlad wants. Haye agreed to it all he didn't back out Wlad made the fight fall through. I won't even bother say he ducked him but for whatever reason didn't want the fight at that time.

If you don't like Haye fair enough but you can't go round bashing Haye for lying when Wlad does the exact same thing and not criticise him. The only decent HWs at the moment are the current title holders most other HWs are bums or are way too old so all their opponents are of poor quality. Let's just hope a Haye vs Klit fight does happen for the sake of getting some respect back for the HW division.

He doesn't have any sources just provided an article from this site, which had no real source, or facts. The only 2 purses I have seen a disclosure of Wlad's numbers, his fights against brewster (just over $500k) and Ibragimov ($12 million) Which was at Madison Square Garden and rumoured to be his highest pay day, which would make sense considering the gate, hbo, and rtl all being involved. This would have been roughly £6 million at the time of the fight

This is the problem though fans like you are jumping the gun before he has retired, and I genuinely believe it was Wlad's fault more than Haye's that the fight didn't happen. He was ready to sign the contract, he finally got a fair contract offer from the klitschko's 50/50 is right and everyone was happy, but Wlad didn't want the long lay-off which I have said many times I can respect. But what he shouldn't do is make it look like he wasn't ducking when he did, if he said something like: "I want to fulfil my obligation with Chisora, and I will fight Haye later in the year" That would be fine by me, but he has stuck to this July 2nd date, which trust me, HE KNOWS is never gonna happen. And even if it was realistic from a marketing, promoting, training point of view, what if wlad gets cut, or picks up even a slight injury (hand, etc) Then the fight gets put back, and its Haye who ends up with a way long lay off and comes in to the fight unprepared, not to mention he loses his belt. Wlad didn't want to make it look like he went in a different direction to save face, but thats what happened. Once again Haye would have been in a difficult situation, put it this way say he waits it out, there is no guarantee that Wlad has to fight him because you cannot sign a pre-contract in boxing when you already have a contracted fight. So Haye could have waited for 9-10 months and then wlad decides to fight adamek in sept/oct instead of him.

Wlad knew what he was doing...its just a shame so many of you guys fall for it, because I can see what is truly happening. I think your a good poster because you put your point across objectively and respectfully, but I just think your missing the finer points. Some of these so called boxing fans are also complete bums...they constantly bash Haye all day long, they don't do anything else, its pathetic, and mostly inaccurate bull.

I genuinely think the fight will happen, and I think Haye will knock Wlad out. Obviously neither side would go ahead without sky, that's not the point I was trying to make. What I'm saying is that Wlad was ready to fight Haye in April but it fell through and it was not the fault of Wlad. This was a response to a poster who said Wlad ducked Haye to fight Chisora in April. Follow the entire thread before jumping to conclusions. Also, what does it say about Haye's importance that a 140 of Pakistani origin fighting a tuneup is more important to sky than a Brit hw champ fighting unification bout. And I've got no prob with Khan, I'm actually happy it turned out this way.
