I told myself I will not spend a dime on Floyd or Pac until they fight each other. This is why they ultimately refuse to get in the ring with each other - because people keep buying their less-than-desired fights! We keep giving these two cowards money and they keep taking it. Until they are forced to fight each other they will continue giving us less than ideal fights. We have to stop, regardless of how much we love this sport. Floyd can keep making statements like "If I'm a coward then I'm a rich coward" or something to that effect. They always find a way to sign a contract with everyone but each other. As men I blame them not the promoters.

Just my two cents. I know many will disagree but I had to get this off my chest. Thanks.

Theres far to many fans that credit losses as a deminish to someones talents and abilities. Cotto was defeated by a man and trainer who use the most hanis means to hurt someone by "loading" gloves. He took a hell of a beaten then with a returned bout won easily! Being defeated by Pacman is by no means a slight to his record, Manny is the best fighter who uses boxing skills in the game today and has been defeating all comers with the same fighter/boxer style for years now. Cotto has proven himself as a competitor who trains hard and has a will to win. Stop counting wins and losses and try to understand a fighters will and desire to win. Very few fight to an undefeated mark and if they do it doesn't mean they fought the toughest competition however it means they beat they everyone "someone" (Promotor or selfpromotor) put in front of them. Hope its a great fight! Ray

the klits sell out bigger stadiums but floyd and cotto sell more ppvs and generate more money overall.

when ive been to sweden nobody outside the boxing community knows who the klitschkos area and sweden is very close to germany, alot of ppl think lewis is still champ. mayweather on the other hand is relatively well known. most ppl still dont have a clue who he or any current boxer is, theres never boxing in the news or papers. but some ppl do know him, once i was in a regular gym with my trainer working out and somebody yelled "mayweather" and stuff while i was hitting the pads lol.

By people saying "Well Cotto already lost to Manny, how is this a mega fight???", than they must think that Manny's fights with Hatton (lost to Floyd), Cotto (lost to Margarito), were not mega fights either and weren't big fights???

Cotto is past his prime-still good, same as Floyd. Cotto is the #1 SWW and holds the WBA title. It's the best fight available for Floyd, aside from Sergio who wasn't available and Mannyw hich wasn't happening. Both of their fights are good fights. This is a big fight.
