Why was shane in his prime because he beat Margarito? Thats not a good indicator...

I would say Oscar is probably the best, at that point I think Oscar was 85% of what he was in his prime. Cotto at this weight in this scenario is probably 2nd. You have to consider that Floyd is not what he was at 28-30.

But he did not outbox him like cotto did... Plus measuring with Mayorga is not a good idea the dude is inconsistent...

Yeah I agree with you, but I think that this cotto is better than an 85% oscar...

                Your thoughts?
De La Hoya, Hatton, Mosley, Cotto/Ortiz, Judah, Baldo, Mitchell, JMM

Based on the fighters when he fought them. However it's hard to say how Cotto will perform as it hasn't happened yet but if he performs as expected he would be on par with Hatton, Ortiz and Mosley or shock everyone and actually be the "best" or toughest. Then again, he might end up looking like an oversized Gatti (RIP).

You just love to get a rise out of people ha.

I would say Oscar is the only one better. Cotto, even now is better than Ortiz. And in my opinion the layoff after the Margarito fight killed Mosley....May 2012 version of Cotto>May 2010 version of Shane.
