I don't think Cotto is just gonna stand right in front of him. But I do see Mayweather outboxing him either way.

All we know Floyd would rather fight chump change than fight for his biggest paycheck fighting pac.
Ducking @ it's best.. Superbowl of boxing will not happen unless floyd grows a pair.

He knew Cotto in 08 was a pretty risky fight with little reward ~
Why even consider that fight ~
When you could take no risk, easy rematches ~
Against Hatton and Oscar ~
For more reward ~
Cotto hadn't established himself as the PPV attraction he is currently ~
He also wasn't as shot as he is currently ~
I think those factors have more to do with it ~

Nor was he retired in late '05 when he requested that Cotto fill in a date that was originally set for Judah that he had lined up with HBO, which Cotto declined (and was eventually filled by Sharba Mitchell).

That fighting Cotto could generate the same ~
or better offer ~
As fighting Oscar ~
Then you are living in a fantasy land ~
But we already know that's true ~
If Floyd walked away from an Oscar rematch ~
How was any realistic offer going to be made to fight Cotto ~

Let me guess there is a little door in your apartment that leads directly into various peoples brains including Bob Arum and Floyd Mayweather
Two different fights have two different requirements, all I see is more fantasy speculation on your part~
