Imo Cotto even at this point of his career is the best fighter Mayweather has fought from 147-154. I know people will say Ortiz but that woul be just because they remember the Berto fight and forgot how Vic looked against Campbell,Peterson and Maidana. Others will say Oscar but he was out of is prime when they fought. All that being said I don't see how Cotto wins this fight but I would say that for most if not all from 147-154.

Mayweather isnt all that! Cotto can win this fight if he trains right and keeps his head in the fight. Id Ortiz can get Floyd in trouble so can Cotto. except when Cotto gets you in trouble youre in trouble.

because 145 isn't the same as 147. you're a nerd that has never entered any ring.........LET ME EXPLAIN WHAT REAL FIGHTERS GO THROUGH (not boxingscene fighters such as yourself) most fighters cut weight. cotto DOES NOT WALK AROUND AT 147. when you cut weight that 1 or 2 pounds can **** you up because you're already cutting 8 to 10 pounds.

so that 1 pound can be HELL to get off. everyone knows come weigh in it's that 1 or 2 pounds that sticks to you & it becomes hell to lose. THATS CALLED BEING DRAINED. pac should have just let cotto come in at the official weight so he wouldn't have to worry.

He fought the WRONG fight. He boxed beautifully in the first two rounds, then decided to try and brawl and he paid for it. Stop with the excuses.

Cotto had an 8 week camp to come in ONE pound lighter than he did in his previous fight.

thats not the point. the point is cotto had to come in 2 pounds lighter then he should have.......if he wanted to come in at 147 (like he did with margarito) he should have had that option.........& yes 1 pound can drain you if you're already cutting 9 pounds moron.

i don't care how he fought in 2 rounds....the fact remains that the fight was TAINTED because it wasn't at the official weight. if pac was so Superior to cotto WHY THE NEED FOR THE CATCH WEIGHT TO BEGIN WITH?
