Mayweather vs. Cotto post fight Thread -DON'T make new threads about the fight

How in the hell could anyone think this fight was close, let alone how could anyone feel Cotto won? I gave Cotto the 6th and 8th out of generosity. Other then that Mayweather blocked, slipped and rolled with every other punch Cotto threw. He dominated cotto, he outboxed Cotto, outfought him, stunned Cotto on occasion and out scored him by 74 punches, what the hell were some of you watching? I'm no fan of either of them but people are reaching severely if you believe cotto won more then 3 rounds in this fight. Hell even big time Cotto fans had Mayweather winning the fight comfortably.

I gave him 6 and 8 also, there was one other round which was quite close but I thought Mayweather edged, but I could understand if some people argued that Cotto nicked the round. So when it was 117x2 and 118x1 I instantly thought one scored it the same as me and the other 2 gave him that other round I considered giving him as I was watching it.

Just to clarify something. The scoring criteria for a professional boxing match is as follows: Clean punching, effective aggression, defense and ring generalship. Mayweather got hit with a couple of grazing jabs and a grazing hook or two, outlands cotto by 74 punches and people think it was close let alone Cotto won?....WTF?! I'm not even a fan!! Hell, even hardcore Cotto fans had Mayweather winning comfortably.

Yeah, 60 bucks. It was my dads bday present, whole family was here for the party. We watched from like 8 pm on, all of us ,here and there.

Well worth it if you ask em. Something really cool about planning a party around a fight and calling up to order it.
