It has to be noted that IF Floyd does make the jump to MW then that is an extremely gutsy move and he will have my respect for it, definitely.

He can make more money fighting Sergio with 80/20 then Pac with 50/50....May vs Pac might sell more PPV's but if have to split down the middle its 50 mil a piece...
While with a Floyd/Sergio fight, PPV buys utmost will only go up to 1.2mill and i am being generous here, so at 60bucks that will go around 72mill in total... So at 80-20 split Floyd will only get around 57.6mill for his share.... And this is a riskier fight to take, and for the Manny fight PPV price sales can go up to 65-75 bucks per buy....
Now you gauge which ones better money wise....

Floyd may leave Pacquiao behind
While everybody wants Mayweather vs Pacquiao, the reigning WBC welterweight king has already shown interest in the fight against Martinez.
“I can’t rule out the future, you know down the line I may want to make that jump and fight at middleweight, you just never know,” he told The Boxing Socialist.
“I just want to give the fans exciting fights and if Martinez is the guy at that time then we shall see, but right now my main focus is on Miguel Cotto,” Mayweather added.

PRICE himself out...MAN! Manny is the one pricing himself out... There's huge difference in PPV's and how the money is split...
Let me ask you something Chief...If Manny is so EXCITING and Floyd is so BORING...why is Floyd out selling Manny on a consistent basis???
Thank you!!! THIS IS REAL TALK OVER HERE!

So in PPV alone, even at 50/50 split, each fighter will get 75mill easily....

I really don't get the purpose of these threads at all. Seems clear to me that Floyd fans are just into damage control and had to justify every demand coming from Floyd to make it look like Floyd is not the one ducking this fight. That should be understandable. They love him. They hate Pac.
Truth is, non-Floyd fans don't have to start these types of threads. New demands from Floyd just keep on coming. Floyd wanted none of Pac from the very beginning. He just pretended he did. Whole world already knows who is the real duck. It's best not to bring up this fight and focus on upcoming fights especially those that don't involve Pac or Mayweather. I think Pac fans not bringing up this May/Pac is even more effective. Let Floyd fans do something about it. They're the ones who keep saying Floyd would beat Pac. They're actually denying themselves the chance to see their idol turn their fantasies into realities. They don't care if the fight never happens. Why should anyone?
Not to mention the fact that Floyd is being called a duck everywhere you go. That should be enough. If they don't want it. So be it. Let's just leave it at that.
