Ortiz never wore Grants before. He definitely had to sign a contract saying he would. Cotto's situation is a bit different though. Brings in alot of money himself, maybe Floyd let the issue go and Cotto can wear gloves of his choice.

I think Cotto usually wears Everlast. But really I don't think Cotto would have been knocking out Floyd with one punch. Throughout the fight, I don't think the gloves will matter much.

absolutely!!! Only in good warrior type fashion. The losses Cotto took before were wins in my book. I gained more respect for him because he fought like a warrior.
