Going up dont hurt you lol , Floyd was out for 2 yrs and JMM came of big wins and JMM was the same weight he gave Pac hell at , and Floyd made him look like an amatuer , lets see Pac fight Cotto at the same weight Floyd did lol .
Fighting Floyd Hatton was the very same fight night weight that he was in all his JWW fights 153 and Floyd was 152 , it was WW tin but they were JWWs fighting for it , understand the dynamics of what your saying kid .
Your quoting numbers with no understanding of what they mean ,, the hype of boxers is put out there just for people like you !Last edited by Chaos; 05-07-2012, 05:29 AM.Comment

yea, marquez coming in fat vs floyd clearly shows he didn't have to stock up on burritos to make the weightComment

You moron..Pac weigh in at 139 against Hatton after coming from a 147 fight against Dela Hoya, and had never weighed in below 142 since.. Are you telling me that Pac was dehydrated/drained and still able to demolished Hatton..Comment

A fighter (Pacquiao) that dominated an opponent (Cotto) and wants a rematch doesn't walk away unless he feels the opponent is a tougher fight at his new weight.Comment

A fighter who is comfortable at 147 doesn't move up and then refuse to move back down for a massive payday unless he feels he's weaker at the weight.

Floyd did look huge in this fight. I don't think he looked huge in the Mosley or Ortiz fights tho like some said.
I think Floyd actually might have to stay at 154 because of the muscle he put on if he goes back down cutting even those few pounds at age 35 could be a disaster.Comment

Who says they struggled to make weight? That's just your assumption cause he beat them. Boxers cut weight for a living, 1 extra pound for Cotto didn't make him struggle against Pac. You can't fight someone smaller and expect them to gain all the weight to make the fight. It's called compromise. Stop making **** up.Comment

Are you a complete moron? Hatton struggled with his weight for years that's why he tried to move up to 147 but he wouldn't be able to compete with the big WW's. Hatton weighed 170+ in between fights and had to lose all that extra weight in training camp. Go look at the pictures of prime Hatton (2005) and then at the ones near the end of his career, he looks sick on the scales.Comment
