mayweather by decision. clottey hit pacquiao with the lead right everytime he threw it. thats mayweather's money punch. guys like hatton and margarito aren't known for their defense, pacquiao won't be able to throw those combos like he was against margo, and when else have you ever seen pacquiao get a devastating one-punch KO against a top fighter?

i used to be one of the biggest mayweather haters INSIDE OF THE RING. i had no respect for his game and used to think all it took to beat him was to just outwork him and step over to his right when he starts with the philly shell and bending at the waist. you need a good jab to beat mayweather, and in my opinion, manny doesn't have that.

i think it goes like most mayweather fights. you have success in the first few rounds, then he figures you out and takes control

When is Floyd going to throw is punches, when Manny is throwing?

If he is Manny will find him, there is not better fighter in the world today to pick a punch when the leather is flying.

Pacquiao may get hit, but he hits you.
Bold is damn true. He gets hit but counters those connects in spades.

Also believe Pac's left hooker-cut with play a big role vs May. Weather its used to count Mayweather's right hand or catch him while his dipping, its an unorthodox punch that may catch Floyd off-guard and while he's not known for it, Pac's body work hurts everyone it lands on.

okey people here are split in the middle who will win ...

        Pac by decision 5 19.23%
        Pac by KO 8 30.77%
        Floyd by decision 12 46.15%
        Floyd by KO 1 3.85%

        5+8 = 13 PAC

        12+1 = 13 FLOYD

People dont realize, floyd is diminishing bit by bit and Pac is stil improving...

          [QUOTE=D4thincarnation;10052955]Pacquiao will win by KO.

Manny is too fast too skilled, will apply too much pressure, has more power, and the better chin.

All Floyd has got is the defence edge and size advantage.

Sorry man, but if you really believe Manny is a more skilled technical boxer than Floyd then you just don't have much boxing knowledge at all plain and simple.

I believe that's an unfair comparison considering Pacquiao's gradually moved up in weight and has improved as an all around good boxer puncher for a WW where Marquez jumped from Lightweight to Welterweight and physically didn't look like the same fighter at the lower weights. Obviously, fighting Floyd Mayweather isn't the easiest task to start off with, but I think Marquez's fate was sealed the second his name was signed on the dotted line.

I still believe this is a 50/50 fight because though Mayweather has looked good against guys like Mosley and Marquez (in respect to his return to the sport), he still hasn't fought as much as Pacquiao has and he himself hasn't been in with a guy as fast (in quite some time) and as awkward (if ever) as Pacquiao is, as well as with Pacquiao who hasn't fought a defense wizard like Mayweather can be.

I'd like to think beyond skills, speed, power, etc...this will be a fight determined by who simply wants it more that night.
I have to disagree with the bold. I feel nobody truly knows how improved Manny is supposed to be. Since the Marquez fights Manny has not fought anyone close to the style that has given him his toughest fights.

I actually think the right hook will be the punch Manny has most success with, Floyd keeps the left low and when he pops out the jab the right hook comes over the top.

Manny has the better and more active footwork, Floyd main punch is his straight right counter. Manny just has to step to the right have each combos and he avoids this punch.

Green K given. This is how it would look below...
