If that is the logic you want to go with. Then give Alexander the same benefit of the doubt. Because, that is what the Kotelnik fight was looked as going into the fight.

If we're going to use and excuse or that kind of logic then lets be fair about. And, use it with everybody.

It is more inexcusable to look like shit against a shot to shit fighter than it is against a top fighter.
Ngoudjo and Bailey? Again...nothing fights. I really dont care. You're not telling me Juan Urango is better than Victor Ortiz. Its laughable. You mention his wins but what about his losses? Ortiz was undefeated and actually talented.

Again, poor comparison. Alexander was being showcased on HBO in his hometown. Maidana was fighting in some Argentine shed. Also Maidana won. Alexander got outclassed.

Answer who has looked/performed better against the best fighters in the division - Maidana or Alexander?

And, you put that together and it is Kotelnik>Maidana.
I scored the Maidana-Kotelnik fight a draw. since then Im a big fan of both.
I always was rootin for Kotelnik, dawg.

I scored the Alexander-Kotelnik fight 8-4 in favor for Kotelnik.

but chop chop fight was an ugly and close fight which Corley didnt won.

personally, I think Maidana overtook Kotelnik last year and with his performances (FOTY) against Khan who also improved since he fought Kotelnik.

that werent rabbit punches at all since corley uses his head as a jab and ducked the punches that way. no excuses.

Again...no because Maidana went out and proved it was an off night by pushing yet another top fighter in Khan.

Alexander confirmed his overratedness on Saturday night.

Im giving him facts, but he doesnt want to see them

              since the controversial Kotelnik-Maidana fight,

              Maidana 4 (3 KO)-1(FOTY)

              Kotelnik 0 (0 KO)- 2(0)
the younger Maidana overtook Kotelnik last year, esp. with his performances, FOTY, against Khan, who also improved since he beat Kotelnik.

Quittage against Maidana is his only real mark.

You should give me your round by round score for Kotelnik/Maidana. I gotta see how anyone could "clearly" give that fight to Kotelnik.
He clearly ran from Campbell, so don't even come with that shit man. He resorted to running and winning on activity alone, that performance was as disgusting as Berto's against Urango. I remember how he walked up to Campbell to show him respect and Campbell wasn't having any of it, stuff was shameful. I thought he beat Peterson also, but clearly Peterson adjusted and had it been a 12 rounder...Peterson would have gotten the win IMO.

I'll leave you a message once I rewatch it.

Undefeated against who? If Ngoudjo and Bailey are nothing fights then WTF are Ortiz wins?

Again, showcase could be another word for tune up on his hometown just like Maidana. Just because they were different countries could be the main reason where it was shown. For all we know it was shown on big time network in Argentina. Just like Alexander-Kotelnik was in the U.S.

That doesn't matter if you lose? And, what you're talking about could be a case of styles. Since styles make fights. When you rank fighters it should be about wins. And, Alexander has the better win between the two.

So there is no way Maidana should have been rank higher than Alexander prior to Bradley.

Let me ask you, did you have Maidana ranked higher than Alexander prior to Maidana fight against Khan?
