    Most everyone did.

The Alexander bubble should've realistically burst when Urango started figuring him out and if it didn't by then Kotelnik totally shattered it.

The Bradley fight wasn't even close imo and if anyone still thinks Alexander is anything but another hbo hypejob after all this they're a pathetic excuse for a boxing analyst.

      Fine.

Maidana beat Kotelnik so that's impossible.

No you look as a resume in the division as a whole. Agree that also what you have done for me lately. And, Kotelnik arguably beat a top 5 fighter in his last fight while Maidana lost.

I can use that same argument that one shutout lost to Khan is no apocalypse since he proved against a prime Witter, Miadana, and Alexander.

-whos dat top 5? overrated Alexander? he officially never beat him.

-he has lost both fights and got a hometown gift against Maidana.

Well if we're talking about not officially winning, like we should then lets not mention Maidana fights against Kotelnik and Khan since he didn't officially beat them.

And, yes Alexander was a top fight guy at the time. Matter of fact Kotelnik has an official win over a current top 5 in Maidana. Maidana has zero official wins over any top 5 guy.

He got a hometown give against Maidana just like Maidana got a hometown gift against Corley. Which one is worse?

seriously, did Corley win that fight?

I have no problem that Kotelnik beat Maidana, but in that time where the fight happened, Maidana wasnt ranked in the top 5...
Maidana got up in American rankings when he beat Ortiz and Cayo.

Maidana improved and overtook Kotelnik at least with the Khan fight. thats my opinion. I love the 140 division cuz its loaded with young talented fighters with different styles and personalties. all are still green (aside Kotelnik) and have their faults. that makes it very interesing. peace

Corley won that fight just as much as Maidana won the Kotelnik and Khan fights.

True, but he's top 5 now, there are no wins in Maidana resume of any fighter that was rank top 5 at the time or now.

Well he hasn't improve that much cuz' if he did he wouldn't have trouble with that version of Corley. I mean Jose Alfaro KO'd Corley FFS's.

140 is overrated IMO. Is not that deep. It really is just Bradley and Khan and the rest are eh..........

                      ...HAHA you ***

Maidana put a great effort, for some a winning one, against Kotelnik and a FOTY against Khan who got almost KTFO and pwnd on the inside.
Corley's best punch was a head butt which cut Maidana. no comparison at all.

Im not saying 140 is p4p the best division. It never was.
But its the deepest one with young talented up and comers in the moment.
a very young division which fighters have different styles, different personalities, huge talents. the best about it is they are fightin eachother. best is fightin the best in that division.

                      1.Bradley (the man to beat)
                      2.Khan (star and cash cow)
                      the next are close
                      3.Maidana (FOTY-boxer)
                      4.Kotelnik
                      5.Alexander

and I think that ranking could change very soon. thats what makes it interesting.
