Arum already started making his pitch and is using a Pacquiao golden ticket as bait. If he wants to stay at 140, Golden Boy would probably make more sense since they're stacked there but if he decides to move up and stay at 147 (a mistake IMO), Top Rank it is.

very good observation, couldnt have said it myself. 147 might be worth risking just for the bigger fights with pac/mosely and even possibly cotto.

Possible, but I think Tim has his mind and heart set on a Pacquiao fight in the very near future. Arum can provide that as well as unprecedented media exposure now that he has that CBS deal.

If he signs for Top Rank in the summer then I guess we won't see that Khan fight happen. Arum is luring him with Pacquiao. On the other hand if he signs with GBP, Bradley-Khan, Bradley-Maidana, Bradley-JMM, and possibly Bradley-Mayweather will be much easier to make.

A Pacquiao fight should be enough to bait Bradley in, but in all reality, Arum doesn't know how/want to promote black fighters.

The Peterson brothers had a good buzz being featured on FNF and/or WNF a few times before linking up with Arum. They were reduced to sitting on the shelf and seeing their buzz die down in 2 years with TR. Instead of A. Peterson exerting his mandatory status against Soto, he was maneuvered toward an eliminator against Rios for a shot at Acosta.

If Bradley wants a good career win or lose, he should choose GBP. We're talking about a fight with Khan in the Summer; if he wins, a fight against JMM in the Fall/Winter; and if wins that, a possible fight in 2012 against Mayweather. If he loses at any time, he still gets to come back on HBO against a Maidana, Guerrero, Katsidis, Canelo, M. Hatton, or even Malignaggi.

Signing with Top Rank will get him an almost immediate shot at Pacquiao, but after Bradley loses, he'll be left out in the cold just like Clottey and the Peterson's were. He might not even get a Rios or Soto.

i'm sure a move away from shaw is a good move, as long as he keeps his team intact...........

TR is a bad promo company for black fighters. Unless he gets the PAC fight he shouldn't sign. GB would be better if he wants the maidana Kahn or Floyd fight.
