in all fairness you couldn't go half around with the fat **** if he had one hand tied in his back and he was eating a taco with the other

He was 229 in Nov 2006 when he fought Damien Wills.

Arreola i think would be more dangerous if he was down at that weight. I still think he's slacking somewhat. Kinda fustrating if you ask me and he has so much potential. Glad he's in Fight Night Champion Though!

I don't think he's slacking at all. Let's face it, he's never going to look like Klitchko, it's not in his DNA.

Where he needs to be is between 236-244, I think that's his ideal weight. He's training with Ronnie Shields in Houston now and I think that was the best move for him. You can't be friends with someone you train, there needs to be a defined line there.

He should be down in weight every time he gets in the ring from now on.

A little better, not great but an improvement.

I am ok with his improvement.

I don't want him dropping too much like Bowe did against Golota in the second fight, I think if he takes off weight slowly and surely it's his best bet.

I agree with this poster who said around 240 he would be best.

I think this is a good step in the right direction as he's been hovering around mid 250's in his fights lately.

I saw Abell in his fourth pro fight. Sadly, I don't think he's improved that much. He's a pretty big guy though and a puncher, just not a terribly good boxer.

Arreola and kinda early is my prediction.

He seems to have made a good move with Ronnie, this fight should end early and I am hoping for the upset. Abell is not that good but a big puncher and Arreola will most likely be coming forward and giving Abell opportunities to land.

You have a point, the poster who referenced the Bowe-Golota fight had a point regarding that.
