      Lower than I expected. Good for Arreola. He's still got to lose a decent amount of weight though to get his career back on track.

          yes l expected hom to be in the 60's i thinl 225 would be great for him its never gonna happen though he need s to drop henry ramirez i know he's his homie but he aint gonna get places with a trainer he can push around

            High 230s would be acceptable and its realistic if he's willing to discipline himself.
