They may say they wnat good fights and try and push for them, but when it came to Pac and Mosely, they just wnated your money.

They don't care, and I am glad Arum has said **** them.

    **** HBO.

This is very true. I was excited when HBO stated they would only pay for good fights. I just think they are picking the wrong ones. I'm sure the'll probably still pay Berto a mil for fighting a journeyman or a JWW.

        They wanted both fights.

2 of the biggest attractions=biggest profits

Didnt think they would let them go and give Showtime 2 PPVs withen 2 months after going 4 years without 1

Pacquiao vs Mosley would generate somewhere around $80 million.

A big lost for HBO and if Pacquiao is planning another 5 fights then HBO could have just lost there share in half a billion dollars.

HBO wanted Cotto-Mayorga. The one they din't want was Cotto-Vanes and they didn't want to give Cotto the march 12 date either because they wanted that one for Martinez.

Either way, great threads you put up a month ago.

I was thinking if Arum would actually get so mad that he took Pac off HBO.

HBO was trying to save Boxing(by boycotting the garbage ass mayorga fight).. but Bob Arum was like.. if you don't want to pay for my circus, then i'm gonna take it over there, cuz they have more sheep anyway.

make way for cash cow pacquiao.
