For starters, Holyfield beat one of the biggest underdog champions in history. Underdog champions are a part of boxing and its history. Its not the challenger's fault that the guy with the belt when he hits a given division pulled a major upset and is sitting on top of the division. All he can do is beat the guy with the belt. Holyfield did it with "Buster" Douglas. Mayweather did it with Baldomir. Yet, I often hear people criticizing Mayweather for fighting and beating Baldomir and never crticize Holyfield for fighting and beating Douglas. Why is that?Comment

When Mayweather came back, he fought the consensus #2 P4P guy in JMM. His next fight, the consensus P4P #3 in Mosley. Both of those fighters were the next best P4P available after Pac. At the moment, Mayweather isn't available, and the next best P4P guy available is Martinez. Pac is promoted as an 8 division champion. He's currently the WBC 154 champ. Martinez is willing to challenge him for that belt. It makes no logical sense why the fight isn't happening. And furthermore, JMM is the next best P4P guy available behind Martinez. He's fought to two controversal results against Pac. And he's willing to fight Pac in the division where Pac is supposedly most comfortable. Yet, he's not fighting either and he's fighting a guy coming off a draw against a C level opponent. There's no way to defend the so-called P4P King at this point, unless of course you're willing to drink about a gallon of Pacjizz.
It might take a few days for them to comprehend all of that.
Give it time, man.Comment

talking about NOW and as of now. Margarito doesn't stand a chance against
Sergio Martinez and neither does Pac and that's why he all of a sudden
became too small after fighting all of them bigger guys.Comment

At what point did Mayweather duck Margarito, when he was rebuilding from the loss to Daniel Santos, or when he was rebuilding from the loss to Paul Williams? I mean, he did fight the recognized champion of the division. Oops, my bad homie. You're a Pacquaio fan. So in ya'lls world, its a major accomplishment to fight guys coming off loses.Comment
