If beauty contests awards mean more to you than head-2-head match-ups, that's your opinion. You're very wrong, but you're entitled to it. If Mayweather wipes the floor with Pac, he's gonna be historically better. I get the feeling that deep down you feel that's a solid possibility, which is why you're attemping to plant the seed of, "if Pac loses to Money, he's still better."

BTW, why is it that when taking about their respective fights with DLH, the Pacquaio faithful have no problem saying Pac beat him a lot more convincing than Mayweather. Yet, when it comes to JMM, ya'll disregard Mayweather beating him a lot more convincing than Pac. Ya'll say JMM wasn't at his best at WW. But really, do you really think DLH looking like he'd been on a crack diet fighting at a weight he hadn't made in a decade was at his comfor zone? I think those wins cancel each other out. Oh yeah, Mayweather barely beating DLH is a stretch, to say the least. As as close as you want to believe that fight was, Money didn't have nearly as much trouble with DLH as Pac did with JMM.

OH yeah, still no response on the Holyfield question.

I'm certainly not a person that gets on telecasts watched by millions intoxicated, offering nothing to the telecasts, and basically let my personal feelings pull down my whole team.

As for Holyfield, you're ducking the question because you know you're wrong. Holyfield's win over "Buster" Douglas is the perfect parallel to Mayweather beating Baldomir. You realize that you can make the same gripes about Holyfield as you can Mayweather. The only difference is, without the worlswide hate for Holyfield, you'd sound like a babbling idoit, which is what you sound like ****ting on Mayweather's accomplishsments.

Ha ha ha! You guys are still pulling that card. Show me anything
on Floyd ducking fighters and I'll do the opposite and lets see who
holds the most facts. Oscar De La Hoya at 154 trumps Margarito
at 147, all day everyday. Margarito couldn't even compete against
an alright fighter at 154 2X, while Floyd won a title there being the
smaller man. Man Pac fans kill me with this nonsense and not knowing
boxing at all but rather Pac.

Arum said while Mayweather would have taken the $8 million to fight Margarito, he asked for a $10 million guarantee to fight opponents such as Miguel Cotto and Ricky Hatton, when Arum was only willing to guarantee $7 million.

Arum said Mayweather also asked for $20 million to fight De La Hoya, a fight Arum said he wasn't interested in participating in.

"That's not in the cards," Arum said. "He wants $20 million for the De La Hoya fight? It's not there. Sometimes, my man, you gotta know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em. We'll talk about things down the road."
That clears up that Floyd was ducking Margarito and Cotto because
Arum said (Pacquiao's promoter) Floyd was down to fight. Now on
        to Pac......

Arum also indicated he would like Pacquiao to get through the Hatton fight before going up against Mayweather saying“I want Mayweather to stay there (in retirement) until September. The longer he’s out the more rusty he’ll be."

Roach said that though a “Mosley fight is probably the most exciting because they both like to fight,” it's all about making the fight on even terms.

"I have to protect my fighter,” said Roach, who administered the terms for Pacquiao and Oscar De La Hoya last year. “I spoke to Shane and told him that we would fight him at 142. He said he
        can’t make that weight.”

Mosley asked why not 147, as Manny/Oscar was set at 147? Roach said that Mosley is not De La Hoya in terms of setting a weight handicap.

Cotto won a bloody and highly competitive split decision against Joshua Clottey on Saturday to retain his version of the welterweight crown. Pacquiao sat ringside with Arum and told him during the fight, in which Cotto struggled at times, that he wanted to fight Cotto next.

With all of this documented proof. I'm supposed to believe
Pac is the P4P#1 willing to fight Sergio Martinez? Yeah right!

I wouldn't call Morales in the middle of a 1-5 streak, getting clowned by the likes of Zahir Raheem, and losing to the likes of David Diaz primed.

if FODY was beauty contes, hoya would've won it...lol
pac is one of the only 9 mofos to ever win FOTD, but since you want to discredit it it's ok iguess since your word or mine dont matter anyways, when was a boxing expert say floyd is a top atg?...never...again not sayin he isn't but he aint on pac level legacy waise...

jmm went up 2didv to figth floyd at his best weigh...pac went up 2 division also to fight hoya(he went down only one)...big dfifrence...pac beat the naturally bigger guy, floyd beat the naturally smaller guy, i hope you see this now...

Quintana beat Paul Williams the first time but got 1st rd KO'd in the
rematch. Paul Williams beat Sergio Martinez the first time (arguably)
but got slaughter in the rematch, correct? Margarito would get
annihilated by Sergio Martinez of today.

8 div champion- floyd still wouldnt be that

4 div lineal champion - floyd still would'nt be that

he still would'nt be a 3 time FOTY

he still would'nt be fighter of the decade

                      floyd is way behind ....
LOL, YOUR ALREADY SUB-CONSCIOUSLY admitting Pac would lose to Floyd.

I'm a psych major at UC Davis so I know what your doing.

Big difference between *******s and "*****s" is that *******s BELIEVE PAC CAN BEAT FLOYD AND *****'s KNOW FLOYD WILL BEAT PAC!

Pac is good but the difference in skill level between Pac and Floyd is very obvious to people who know what is going on in the ring during a fight.

There's more to it than just two guys mindlessly throwing punches at each other, hoping to knock the other out.

That's what you *******s see, because most of you hopped on the Pac bandwagon the last couple of years and don't know much about the sport.

Really though, those accomplishments won't mean as much when Floyd destroys Pac.

Pac will still have those accomplishments because no one can take it away from him, but AT LEAST EVERYONE WILL KNOW WHO REALLY WAS THE BETTER OF THE TWO.

Only then will the *******s realize who truly was the Fighter of the Decade.
