Mayweather-de la Hoya was the highest grossing fight in the history of boxing. Had that fight been truly close, the boxing community would have been craving a rematch. Yet, when the rematch was announced, everyone went crazy. Why is that? Its because the first fight wasn't that close.

As for who was more impressive against DLH, Pacqauio of course. Likewise, Mayweather was far more impressive than Pac against JMM.

....there was nothing impressive about floyd beating jmm.....nobody was giving pac a chance of beating hoya, justlike nobody gave jmm a chance vs floyd....atleast pac beat jmm at his comfy weight.....dont even say pac beat hoya at his non comfy weight coz we all know pac was going 2 weighclasses at that time too when he beat hoya....

So draining muscle in order to make a weight that you haven't made in a decade is more comfortable than weighing in above your natural division and rehydrating and fighting at the same weight you'd fight on fight night as a lightweight. Gotcha

Sounds like your trying to give Margarito all of this credit because
you know Pac won't step foot in the ring with Sergio. Margartio
is done off. Pac beating Margarito was like your nephew kicking

the balls to call Pac out. Even put his middleweight title on the
line and Pac didn't have the balls to accept. I'm figuring if Pac
beat Margarito and Margarito beat Martinez. how come Pac
