I would like Khan to fight someone who is top 10 in the division, rather than a guy who isnt #1 in welterweight or light welterweight even in his home country of Colombia.
Yep, casual fans don't care about those things. They want to see Brock Lesnar avenge his loss.

Its nice the PRescott has a KO win over Khan and all...but Khan's improved leaps and bounds since then, taking big wins over guys like Barrera, Kotelnik, Malignaggi, and Maidana...who is 100 times the puncher Prescott could ever dream of becoming. What has Prescott done since then??? Not that he shouldn't whoop his ass just for the hell of it, but Khan really doesn't need to fight Prescott at this point in time, I think its pretty obvious who th better of the two is.

Prescott has fallen off the map, while Khan has flown to the top of the division. Khan doesnt necessarilly HAVE to fight him.

...but come on. The guy has a first round KO over Khan. If Khan is really so far and above Prescott, then its not like hes going to need a ton of training or preparation to take him out. Schedule the fight in a month or, and then you can move on and fight the top in the division.

nothing says that you have to only fight 2 or 3 times a year.

Brits will make this fight happen, if they're interested.

I don't see why and alot of people on ESPN chat where saying that Brits are trying to protect him from Prescott.

You've got to be kidding. The guy just went 12 with Maidana so they aren't keeping him away from punchers. And Bredis Prescott is not an HBO worthy fighter right now. Sorry. So keeping the HBO standard, no rematch then.

I dont get why every fight has to be on HBO now. Khan should just murder Prescott real quick, in a low profile fight, to clear that patch off his record. It doesnt have to be a big deal.

It's like lose/lose. If Khan wins, he's supposed to because Prescott hasn't done **** since he beat Khan. If by the graces of god, Prescott just happens to do something unthinkable it erases all of Khans momentum. So really, is there any reason Khan should? The only way would have been if Prescott had still been winning or at least beat a guy with a name to give himself more clout. He didn't capatalize at all on beating Khan.

to avenge his only loss, and so that he can see hes beaten everyone hes been in the ring with. otherwise people will always look at that first round KO and wonder why Khan never fought him.

If Khan is truly so far and above Prescott, then it should be a piece of cake.

Its more a matter of pride than of boxing importance, since Prescott isnt a top fighter. Which Khan could technically skip, but I would want to do it if I were him.
