khan should fight prescott in april, it actually makes sense.

he says everyone else is asking for too much, but prescott isnnt as high profile and he knowsit, so i would espect him to accept a smaller purse - he's just be grateful for the chance to raise his profile again.

plus khan's next fight is just essentially a homecoming one in britain before he fights the winner of bradley alexander. it doesnt really matter who he fights, it will sell in britain, but khan prescott 2 would definately raise interest because of the first fight.

plus khan could avenge his only loss, lennox lewis style, which would help him gain more respect worldwide. i think everyone generally would expect khan to win this one after improving under roach.

what doesn't make sense about it???

Khan has the big chance to redeem himself and he doesn't want to know.
After going up in many peoples opinions after his last fight he is looking at again going back to square one.....Very disappointed in Khan for this and sure he will live to regret this......cant get an opponent, prescott is there and willing for little money = either Khan or his (bad) advisers are afraid or both!..........VERY bad move.

Alot of fighters have become champions by a lucky punch. The fact is Prescott is the one who threw the punch and landed, so lucky or not Khan was dropped?

By this regard when Tarver had his eyes closed when he knocked out Jones, was that a lucky punch? Maybe so but Tarver became champ and made a hell of a lot of money because of it.
