Marquez has won more rounds than Pacquiao. He deserves a third fight.
And they are definitely going to give a the third fight when he loses or looks like shiat, because that's what team pac does. FACT.

Lol?
Okay, Now this is what bothers me about Pac-Man Fans. I love Pac-Man, i think he's great for the sport and an excellent fighter. But then again who gives a **** about what i think, I'm just a meat head from jersey that loves boxing. Besides that, Pac Fans use to go in and say Pac does it for the love of boxing, he fights what the fans want to see, go in on Mayweather and say how he does it simply for the money. Yet here Roach comes out and flat out says we're doing it for the money. Same reason why he took Cotto before mosley last year. Obv. this is a business, and I agree, but these fans are so annoying sometimes..
And the clown that said the fans wanna see Pac Vs. Mosley? What fan of boxing wants to see that? Mosely got beat up the last time he was in the ring to what Pac Fans say "an older mayweather, who lost his step."

Even Better, the Fans that say Pac is fighting Mosley to **** over the win Floyd had over him...When does floyd go out and just knock people out? I mean you guys are boxing fans, his style is not bull dog beat downs. It's sweet science and picks people apart. If you argue that, your a misfit.

No matter what excuses are given, and no matter where blame is shifted, Pacquaio is fighting a third consecutive tune-up fight. Woulda, coulda, shoulda are no longer relevant. Its time for everyone to simple accept that he's fighting Mosley, and do whatever they deem necessary with that reality. If you think its a fight worthy of your $60, order it and I hope you enjoy it. If not, don't order it. Ultimately, that's the biggest statement you can make about how you feel about the fight.

Roach: I Wanted a Marquez Trilogy, Not Shane Mosley
Posted by: Sergio Duran on 1/19/2011 .
Culiacan, Mexico - The coach of Manny Pacquiao, Freddie Roach, said he would have preferred a third fight with Mexican boxer Juan Manuel Marquez, instead of the upcoming clash against Shane Mosley on May 7 in Las Vegas.
Visiting Culiacan to work alongside Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. for his scheduled fight against Billy Lyell on January 29 in Culiacan, Roach said he didn't want Mosley as the next opponent for Pacquiao.
"No, my first choice was Marquez, I think he deserves the third fight, but now it's just business. (Promoter) Bob Arum had a better deal with Mosley, and he said that Marquez was asked for a lot of money," Roach said.
The famed coach agreed that Marquez has been the most competitive boxer Pacquiao fought in his last dozen of so fights, and also recognized him as the greatest challenge for the Filipino.
"I do not think Pacquiao has anything to prove. The first fight was a draw and after that Pacquiao won by a point. But let's be honest, Marquez is the biggest challenge for Manny, and he's the only one who knows how to fight with him," he said.
"I think [Marquez] is small for 147 pounds but he's very disciplined, and a great fighter. Everybody says he's getting old but he still keeps winning and winning," he added.
Finally, Roach made it clear that despite the fact that Shane Mosley was not the ideal opponent for Pacquiao, that in no way implies that he expects an easy fight on May 7
"I expect him [Mosley] to be at his best. He is an experienced fighter with a very dangerous right hand. He is not even close to being finished. He has power and speed. I'd like for Manny to knock him out because nobody has done before," said Roach.
