Not neccesarily. Prescott has lost a couple of times and fallen completely off the radar. The Khan fight represents his only possibility of getting a payday. So naturally hes gonna ask for a substantial amount.

McCloskey keeps his Euro title even if he loses to Khan, so hes looking for a payday too.

Petersen is coming off a loss and a draw. So hes got nowhere to go either.

McCloskey is top 5 with WBA and WBC. He can afford to wait a year, he'll get a shot at a title soon enough.
