MAB (who was middle-class back then) made disgraceful comments about Morales Native-American heritage and poor background.

Morales >>>> MAB. JMM >>>> MAB in terms of sportmanship and class.

i had barrera ahead before that fateful round where he got deducted a point instead of scoring a kd. ref's fault imo as he was too slow to react to the situation. barrera was so disgusted by the ref's decision and i thought his game got affected as it went downhill from there.

in the end i scored the fight 115-112 in favor of marquez. had it been scored a kd for barrera instead of a point deduction it would've been a draw.

I never thought I'd agree with wazaa, but what he's saying it's true.

Why do you think MAB hit JMM while he was down? Because he was getting ****ing worked in the ring by JMM and was frustrated. MAB is a sore loser and a little *****.

The scorecards were a disgrace, no matter what Barrera did, he was never gonna win on the cards, GoldenBoy paid off the judges so JMM-Pac 2 could be a bigger fight, that's why Barrera left GoldenBitch, that and other reasons, the only reason he "retired" after the Pac rematch was so he could leave GoldenBitch.

Who knows what would have happened in when both were in there prime. I think it still would have been a competitive fight and probably could have gone either way. But to say marquez has a glass jaw is ******, the man has gone down a lot of times but he always gets up, even after taking some huge shots. I love both fighters but marquez won fair and square, but i do think that the score cards favored marquez. It was a close fight but despite what people say about the knockdown i think marquez clearly won that fight. The 7th round was crazy barrera was close to being knocked out and then all of a sudden he caught marquez. It should have been a knock down but barrera ****ed himself by being unsportmans like. The fight was close but far from a robbery.

it was a robbery. mab should've had a knockdown. that means he should've won in a close fight.
