You also like Humberto Soto... pretty clear that your opinion on boxing is worthless.

cmon man, JMM hasn't been in wars, he had only one tough war against Pac but the rest wasn't

JMM was at his prime that time while MAB past it

i also had JMM won that fight but not that big as the judges scored

I think its pretty much hopeless. I don't really hold out that much hope tbh.

          Where you from?

          England or Australia?

NZ. It's happening here too, at exactly the same rate as EU/UK/US.

Only the Americans can stop it, but they have no idea what's happening.

precisely! barrera clearly got robbed against marquez. marquez got knocked down and it wasnt counted against him, the ref should have counted it as a knock down! barrera has the right to say he got rob cos he did. for marquez, im sure he wont fight barrera again knowing he will feel the same punishment barrera gave him their first fight.

Ref did a good job, he clearly hit Marquez when he was down.

                I had Marquez winning.
Yeah marquez was busting that ass up in that round and had hurt barrera and he was trying to go for the kill when barrera landed the shot out of desperation.

having rewatched it, I scored it 6 rounds to 6, 113-113. Draw.

The whole 7th round thing is totally overstated. Marquez didnt rock Barrera until half the round was over, up till then they were fighting quite evenly. The whole time Barrera was rocked he didnt look like he was about to go down, and was still coming forward jabbing and trying to counter. after about a minute he looked mostly ok again, started countering back, and then tada! knocked down Marquez.

I maintain that was a 10-8 round for Barrera, then minus a point for the hitting on the ground,.

It was a weird fight, I remember being really upset about the 7th round. Barrera still shouldn't have acted like an idiot. JMM was dominating the round before the kd though. But depending on how you score it, that round could have had a three point swing on the cards.

I had JMM winning 7 rounds. Other than Floyd 5 rounds on JMM is maybe the best anybody has done though, when you think about it. And MAB was old. Great fight. Crazy skill, not many of those types of fights anymore.

MAB and Morales were fighting wars at 20, 21 when JMM might not have even been a pro yet. So JMM's actual age doesn't matter. He was a lot fresher than Barrera. MAB came to fight though, no doubt about it.
