I think if Donaire wins his fight against Montiel, Filipinos will start embracing him.

He maybe a fil-am but he definitely has a Filipino heart. that's the most important.

And aside from that, Pac is starting to slip given that he chose an old Mosley in his next fight.

Close the show Nonito and be ready for Grand Homecoming Party.

Donaire still has to deal with the "spoiled" image some have of him in the Philippines (aka he didn't come up in the Phil ammy scene and instead chose to develop in the States). If he can overcome that they he will be most likely be the heir to Manny's throne in the PI.

I would like to see Noninto get with a better promoter thou. Btw what is the **** I hear about his beef with his father now?

The Arum interview is in the video. I don't know what the hell he's talking about, everyone wants more ice cream.

way i think arum seeing it is: these fighters fight couple times a year, if you can sell the 'come support your countrymen' crap, then he can sell more fights than just letting them come once to see them both. not sure but i think thats how it would work...
all you need to know is bob arum is a scumbag. hopefully he disappears from boxing sometime soon (michael koncz too, he's another joke)

If Donaire takes out Montiel, I'm sure Arum will have him fighting on some big cards in the coming year.

I heard from someone that its similar to why Mexican's don't like Oscar. Becuz he's Amricanized...

But don't worry, when Pacquiao leaves, Donaire will be the Filipino king

I can assure you that there's no feud between the two camps. Both Manny and Nonito are two decent human beings. It's just a matter of business that Donaire has not been put on the Pacquiao undercard. Nonito Donaire is also a star in his own right and a Philippine hero so to speak. So please stop exagerating and making things complicated. Nonito Donaire needs to focus with this very important fight against a very good champion.

But before Pac's horde of fanatics could come out to the streets to protest, Donaire in an interview said the fight was too close it could either way (to assuage the obvious anger from the fanantics). Question, is the score 115-112 a close one? Don't think so, and I wouldn't be surprised if Pac is still until now seething with anger over the perceived insult.
Wrong! It's not 115-112. It's 114-113. Please take all the hate away.
