Simple answer...no. Whats the point of contracts then?
If he was hurt and it was legit, and it didnt have to be rescheduled then sure
But that wasnt the case. Dont Play dumb Blobby, you know he wasnt injured and you continously say it was a good business decisionComment

Pulling out of a fight when your only source of income is bankrupt is a good business decision, is it not?Simple answer...no. Whats the point of contracts then?

Wlad is ready to fight July 2 and says the Chisora fight is a great kick-off to publicizing the Haye fight in the UK.
Haye, however, insists that he doesn't take the Chisora fight, and Wlad, based on what he says are continual lies in the past from Haye and Booth (if you read the entire article and don't cherry pick info) is worried Haye will back out again and steal Chisora for his own lucrative PPV in the UK, leaving Wlad with no-one to fight for the first half of 2011.
And actually, that is the kind of thing Booth and Haye would do. They love wasting the Klitschkos' time.
So Wlad is correct.
"David Haye is a piece of s---. He has accomplished nothing in the heavyweight division other than to present himself with his ****** T-shirt and comments. He thinks he's the king, but the king doesn't make the king. The people decide who is king. He thinks he'll walk away from this sport having accomplished everything when he's accomplished nothing. He says his legacy is done? That is complete bull----. I'm getting emotional but it's totally ridiculous. The man lies.
"He's the one in [the most recent] negotiations who said no way to fighting Vitali. He was clear that he doesn't want to fight Vitali, which was good for me. I don't need to get into a fight with my brother over who gets to beat up David Haye.
"This guy will eventually fight me. He will eventually fight me because everything coming out of his mouth is a lie. But if he does retire, he'll be a loser with no legacy in the heavyweight division at all."

Good so what the **** is Wlad on about? Saying if he agreed Haye could pull out and fight Chisora? If they have a contract Haye cannot fight anyone else (even if he did pullout) until after the fight date.Simple answer...no. Whats the point of contracts then?
