Roach said it, then tried to take it back and said he was talking

Aaah ok, sorry I must have missed all that stuff over NY.

I had no idea that Team Pacquiao requested OST's for Mosley.

Mosley should have insisted upon a 30-day cutoff, I think that blood testing weakens him

Right. They already do that....so why would he demand "that" testing?

I guess....lol, I saw that same line "yada, yada, if we fight Mosley, we may ask Mosley to take tests because he has been caught cheating before"......in every single one of those.

It'd be kind of ******ed for him to just keep saying the same lines in different interviews wouldn't it?

Why nobody wants Olympic style is that means storing samples for years and testing when testing becomes available. Unfortunate that these witch hunts destroy the history of the sports to the point that baseball is at. Look at Shane Mosley, by MLB standards he's not a Hall of Famer, "Lights Out",left out, Vargas, nope, Roy Jones, not unless you must of forgot, the Real Deal, sorry but. And this is with the joke of a testing system 10 years outdated and not designed to catch nothing. These guys actually openly bargain with different testing protocol to give themselves an edge, fight in different states to bend the rules on what that particular commission deems a legal substance or what enhances and what doesn't. It all feels like a war that fans are losing and only ends with the last 20 years of there sport labelled meaningless. It seems ignorance is bliss.
          very well said

This is typical of posters like u. U dnt agree, discredit the source. Like when koncz contradicted what pacq publicly stated himself. We were vigorously reminded how koncz is nothing but a mere rice fluffer.

Now, the reporter who quoted roach "lied", hence why we dont see that quote in other articles in a different form. Your logic.

Yep, you are correct, Jeff's comment is an unsubstantiated allegation at this point. Mind you, it does sound a little bit ridiculous to me that Team Pacquiao would request OST's, but only for Mosley. If there is testing, then it should involve both parties.

Like I said earlier, we may not know exactly what happened until after the fight. I will not listen to any bull**** from Arum, and I don't think that we will hear a peep out of Shane until after the fight.

I guess man......whatever floats your boat. Somebody wants to accuse me of something.....whatever it may be,I say show me the proof or step off.

I'd expect the same of other people too....

I think you guys may be taking the stuff that I'm saying to mean that Pac is undeniably innocent. I'm not saying that....he may be juicing up for all I know.

The thing is, I don't know and I am not going to sit here and blame Pac for not wanting to take the tests. Instead, I blame the guys accepting the fights with him for the sake of making money over turning him down unless the Olympic Style testing is taken. If the entire "crusade for equal playing" agenda was worthwhile and guys really wanted it, they would protest fighting with Pac unless both guys take the needed tests. Instead they say well it's not really that important because I'm getting paid.

Come on people! It is as clear as day.

"Freddie and I are good friends and whenever he comes to manila, I try to see him and we meet to chat one-on-one. When he visited last week, we spent two hours chatting about everything and anything. It was a lot of fun. Many of the things we talked about were off the record, haha but yes,
I asked him if he would insist on a drug test for mosley. He even said drugs might have made Mosley freeze after hurting mayweather in the second round of their fight. he also mentioned mosley's history of using steroids and even said look at his body. I wouldn't misquote Freddie---he's a real friend and i wouldn't want to put words in his mouth. After I got your message, I texted Freddie and asked him if he denied my story and if he wouldn't insist on a drug test. I said sorry if I misquoted him, but recalled he said he would insist on a drug test. He replied right away and texted, "normal testing."
I took it to mean Freddie will not want extraordinary drug testing for Mosley like Mayweather was once asking of Manny, like Olympic-style. As I said, Freddie's a good friend and I would never misquote him or put words in his mouth or deliberately put him in bad light. Thanks for writing in." --Quinito Henson
