No. Subterfuge has to be proven, just like libel or slander.

It was an unsubstantiated allegation, nothing more.

Unfortunately, I think that we will have to wait until after the fight in order to confirm what really happened. I will not rely on Team Pacquiao for the truth, and I bet you that Shane will not confirm/deny until after the fight.

No just simple logic: No evidence of wrong doing equals innocence. Just because some jealous competitor or member of a jealous competitor's camp or family spouts some speculation about another person, that doesn't mean it's true.

I'd say the same thing about someone accusing your hero Floyd, or Hopkins, or Pavlik....whoever. As long as the guy has never given up incriminating evidence, I say he is innocent.

Pac isn't my hero, lol....alot of people on here all say they know with 100% certainty that he is guilty yet I have never seen one shred of evidence to support those claims. If the evidence came up....well, then Pac is a fraud, and I'll discredit him as an athlete. Until then, I'll assume he is legit.
