Everyone of these guys are on PEDs, just like the NFL. To think your guy is above it isn't naive it's laughable. As of today there is no reliable test for Hgh, the best test available requires blood. Why nobody wants Olympic style is that means storing samples for years and testing when testing becomes available. Unfortunate that these witch hunts destroy the history of the sports to the point that baseball is at. Look at Shane Mosley, by MLB standards he's not a Hall of Famer, "Lights Out",left out, Vargas, nope, Roy Jones, not unless you must of forgot, the Real Deal, sorry but. And this is with the joke of a testing system 10 years outdated and not designed to catch nothing. These guys actually openly bargain with different testing protocol to give themselves an edge, fight in different states to bend the rules on what that particular commission deems a legal substance or what enhances and what doesn't. It all feels like a war that fans are losing and only ends with the last 20 years of there sport labelled meaningless. It seems ignorance is bliss.

And when Mosley agreed, on the condition that both parties are subject to the same level of testing..... all of a sudden Manny no longer requires OST's?

Many Pac fans have defended Manny for standing up to Floyd's bullying on a drugs test. Saying that Floyd has no right to demand extra testing. What excuse will they come up with now that their hero requested tests for Mosley?? Furthermore, abandoning all tests because Shane equally insisted on them too??

If Jeff is telling the truth and I have no reason to believe that he isn't, that comfirms it for me that Manny is or has been on PEDS.

if pac's very confident he's clean, why did he ran away from the proper testing in the first floyd negotiation when it mattered? he hasn't been caught bcoz there's was no proper testing done on him, and when the first possibility presented itself, he ran into the night! Not getting caught of a crime doesn't mean a serial killer is innocent. try to remember that.

That's a little bit of a bombshell. Jeff is a pretty straight edged guy. But, I have a hard time believing that Team Paquaio demanded USADA testing (with as much of a stink as they've made about it), let alone wanted Mosley tested and didnt' want Pac tested.
